Are you a slow cooker fan? I use mine all the time and I actually just got a new, bigger one! I’m so excited. No more trying to shove a whole chicken in my small one. A slow cooker isn’t just great for warm winter meals, but it’s also great for cooking while you’re outside enjoying beautiful spring afternoons. Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin is a delicious dinner that cooks all day while you’re out having fun.
This is a truly simple slow cooker meal with very minimal prep. No precooking required! All you have to do is mix up a quick sauce, pour it over the meat and let it cook. At the end of the day the meat just falls apart. It’s so easy to just break it up with some tongs and stir it into the sauce and serve!
I served this Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin over some wild rice and a side of roasted broccoli. It was a delicious, filling meal. The sauce is sweet, but not overly sweet with just a bit of kick. Hubby didn’t even have to add any red pepper flakes to his. 😉 But not so spicy that I didn’t like it.
You’ll definitely want to add this Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy to your menu this week!
